German born Andy Reisinger moved to New Zealand to enjoy its outstanding landscapes and wildlife. With a Phd in environmental physics he divides his time between a passion for tramping and photography and work as researcher on climate change with Victoria University in Wellington. Andy is one of New Zealand's outstanding landscape and wilderness photographers and his book 'Legends of Aotearoa' was a finalist in the 2002 Montana Book awards. After an extended recent period overseas working for the United Nations he is now keen to rediscover New Zealand's wild places.
